We are pleased to announce that, effective immediately, Devin Hirschi has accepted the position of Team Captain of QUAC Multi-Sports (QMS)! Congratulations Devin!
Over the past few years QUAC members have been proudly competing (and sometimes winning) in triathlons, open water, and other multi-sports events. Devin’s goal is to organize QMS training activities. He’ll organize relay teams (for triathlons and possibly a ragnar), and he’ll be organizing after swim bike (mountain and road) rides and runs as well.
Like swim and water polo team captains, Devin will have the goal to build team unity, raise participation levels, and encourage competition. Team Captains are the easiest link between athletes, coaches and the board of directors. Please feel free to bring any suggestions or concerns regarding QMS to Devin.
We are very happy to have such talented and enthusiastic QUACers as our volunteers, and are sure that they will make QUAC a better team for everybody.
