QUAC is the largest adult swim organization in the state of Utah. Its also the most fun! Between three swim practices a week, water polo every Sunday, and QUAC Plus runs before every practice we’ll get you in shape or keep you in shape.

Swimming Programs

QUAC swimming has a different approach than many masters swimming programs. We have lanes for all skill levels; from beginners to seasoned swimmers. Our volunteer coaches work hard to ensure that no matter your skill level, you leave the pool with a fantastic workout and some skills to help improve your strokes. The next few months our team will be training for the IGLA competition in Seattle!

Water Polo

QUAC’s water polo program also accepts players of all skill levels. If you have ever wondered what it would be like to play water polo, now is your chance! Currently we have clinics running at Fairmont Aquatic Center to learn the basics of the game as well as working up the endurance to play. Stay tuned for more changes though! The program will change fast as our team gets ready to compete in Seattle at IGLA!

Quac Plus

QUAC Plus works on marathon/triathlon training during the spring and summer months. We have running, cycling, circuit training, fun, friendship, and awesome abs! All skill levels are welcome. QUAC Plus focuses on great challenges, with great results!
