We are lucky enough to have support at our local community pool Steiner Aquatic Center by the University of Utah. If you already know how to dive then here are the pool hours and diving board availability. Steiner only has a 1 meter spring board. If you don’t know how to dive and want to learn then take diving lessons from Mike; who coaches diving at Steiner. Lessons are Tuesday and Thursdays from 4-6pm. Call the front desk at Steiner (801) 583-9713 and sign up for lessons. He goes through all the basics which can improve your diving.
